A camera is really quite a simple tool. You point and you shoot. It’s easy. So why hire someone when you can just ask your tech-addicted Gen Z staff member to take photos at your event? They’re already looking at their phone, so they’ll just snap some photos and call it a day. Right?

Professionalism
When you hire me, I show up at the time that you want to show up and stay as long as you need coverage. I’ll be dressed professionally and discreetly, so I can maneuver around and get all the shots that I need to make your team look their best.
One Goal
I believe that when you try to do too many things at one time, you really end up doing everything poorly. So I don’t do video for events. I stick with what I’m good at and that’s taking the best still photos of whatever is going on. While your Gen Z staff is still troubleshooting your iPads at check-in, I’ll be on the floor mixing it up with your guests.
Experience and Anticipation
You might see me standing on a chair to get the shot or even laying on the floor sideways. But don’t worry, because when your guest of honor takes the stage and the big moment is here, I’ll be there to get the photos you need as they happen, not wondering what’s going on.
Editing Knowledge
I’m going to spare you the tech details but the files I create in my camera are not your average JPEG files. My editing techniques can breath life into otherwise dull photos. Remember last time when your intern brought back 300 burst photos of the same 4 people with an ugly yellow tint they took on the company camera? With me, you will get ~50 usable photos of everyone present for every hour I’m there.
Expedient Delivery
Everyone knows that timing is everything. So why do photographers make people wait a whole week for photos they need ASAP? You want to post those recap photos within two days, not next week. I pride myself on being timely with delivery for photos for clients because I know the longer they sit dormant, the less value they have for your company.

- And any other pertinent information such as rush delivery, unique circumstances or parking.
I will email back with a contract and quote that will bill for $120 for each hour of coverage needed. There are no other costs for food/travel provided the event in within a reasonable distance within Orange County and parking is free.
Once I receive the signed contract, I will invoice you for half the cost prior to the event. After the event, I will have your photos back to you within 1-2 business days. You will receive your photos as high resolution JPEG files delivery via Google Drive. They will be small enough to share easily with colleagues but also big enough to print at 8 x 10 inches.
Once the link is provided, I will submit a second invoice for the reminder of the quote. Easy Peasy.
FAQs
Can I just pay you the whole invoice upfront?
Absolutely yes. Just let me know that you don’t want to bother with cutting two checks when you reach out.
Can I see the rest of the photos you took?
I take lots of photos at events. The truth is that at least half of them are awful and don’t deserve to see the light of day. This is because people are people and they blink, make weird faces, and don’t always look flattering on-camera. My job is made sure that everyone at your event looks their absolute best. However, if you really insist, I can provide a second link of unedited photos but really it’s going to be a waste of everyone’s time.
How long will the link work?
My policy is that links will be publicly available for at least 6 months after delivery. My advice to you is to download them on your computer or save the entire folder into your own Google Drive.
Do you only photograph events?
No! I also provide photography for promotional use for programs such as non-profit programming and recreational activities. If there are people gathering and doing something fun, I can capture it and provide exceptional photos for you to use for promotion.
