I find myself chatting with people about photography at the gym, and I thought it might be cool to lend some insight into what goes on in my mind while I shoot by showing you some good and not so good frames from the last couple of visits.

Not a lot of writing for this one, just some photos from nogi and open mat this past week at Jiu Jitsu League. I’m gonna miss training this often but it’s back to school where I’m probably going to be teaching 8 periods this year…
